Guide for Submitting Ingame Ticket Complaints
Complaints about players can be submitted not only through the forum but also via F2 > Tickets.
The following situations can be reported through the ticket system:
The administration will review your ticket and immediately punish the offender in-game if your complaint is approved.
Rules for Submitting a Complaint in the Ticket:

The following situations can be reported through the ticket system:
- VDM
- Combat Logging
- Forbidden Words
- NRP-Drive
- Picking up weapons or healing during combat
- Shooting from a vehicle at pedestrians
- Insults against parents, OOC insults, as well as violations of the Code of Conduct and general rules 7.13
- Sharing OOC information in IC and any violations of general chat rules (Allg. 5.2)
- Greenzone Rules (e.g., GZ 1.1 & GZ 1.3)
- AirDrop Rules 2.1, 2.8 & 2.9
- Robbery and kidnapping of persons (4.4 & 4.5)
The administration will review your ticket and immediately punish the offender in-game if your complaint is approved.
Rules for Submitting a Complaint in the Ticket:
- Briefly describe the situation and provide the static ID of the offender.
- Evidence must be provided only on YouTube/Twitch/Streamable/Medal. Imgur can only be used for screenshots.
- The complainant must provide the following details in the ticket or video description: static ID, offender's static ID, time, and date.
- Add a link to the evidence.
- Complaints can only be submitted by the video owner. The static ID of the author in the video must match the ticket author's static ID.
- Video length must not exceed one minute.
- If these rules are violated, the administrator may reject the complaint or refer you to the forum.
- Upon request from the player who was punished based on the complaint, the administrator may present the evidence that led to the punishment.
- When submitting a complaint in-game, it is forbidden to delete evidence of a violation if less than 48 hours have passed. | 2-day ban.
- It is forbidden to submit a complaint both in the in-game ticket system and in the forum to give a player double punishment. | 3-day ban.
- Leader complaints are not allowed to be submitted through the in-game ticket system. These must always be submitted via the forum (Leader Complaints).
