Complaints about players will only be accepted if:
- It is forbidden to use evidence from third parties without their consent.
- The content of the complaint and the title of the video must be respectful and free of offensive or other inappropriate language.
- The deadline for submitting complaints is 48 hours from the time of the violation.
- Exception: If you are reporting cheating, you have 7 days (168 hours) after the rule violation to submit a complaint.
- The video must not be edited.
- The game sounds and the voices of all players, including the video author, must be clearly audible.
- Note: This rule applies only when the voice of the player is essential for assessing the situation.
- The video should show the beginning and the end of the violation.
- Example: If a complaint is made about an RDM situation, the complaint author should submit a complete video to allow the administrator to verify that the player was killed without reason.
- The administrator may reject the complaint if the evidence provided is not sufficient to issue a punishment.
- Videos longer than two minutes must include timecodes for violations.
- Note: Timecodes must not exceed two minutes.
- Evidence must only be provided via YouTube, Twitch, Streamable, or Medal. Imgur may only be used for screenshots.
- It is forbidden to delete evidence before 48 hours have passed.
- Note: The deadline applies after the complaint has been reviewed.
- Complaints may only be submitted for a single situation.
- Exception: Repeated rule violations by a single player.
- The minimum video quality must be 720p. (The video or screenshot must clearly show the game HUD and the static ID of the offender.)
- The complaint details (character name, static ID, date, and time of the situation, etc.) must be filled out with correct information.
